At NexGad, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts included with the purchase
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at nexgad@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days from the date you notify us.

This reflects UK distance-selling rules for online purchases.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items sealed for hygiene or health protection that have been opened
  • Digital products or downloadable software once accessed
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

These exceptions are recognised under UK consumer regulations.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty items reported within 30 days are eligible for a full refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law for cancelled online orders.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you wish to exchange for a different size/model (subject to stock availability).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is faulty
  • the wrong item was sent
  • the item arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as NexGad cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
