Thank you for shopping with NexGad. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Shipping Timeframes

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

International Shipping

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Where no specific timeframe is agreed, UK law expects delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days from purchase.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We may offer free UK shipping on qualifying orders from time to time.

Any such promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier’s website.


Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • high order volumes
  • courier delays
  • customs clearance
  • adverse weather conditions
  • public holidays

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

NexGad is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging/item (if damaged)
  • full delivery details

Under UK consumer law, the retailer remains responsible until the goods are delivered to you.
